We hope you are satisfied with your purchase from baishengba.com. To request a return, please contact us at support@baishengba.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Please provide your order number, reason for return, and relevant product photos. Do not return any item without prior approval.

Returns or refunds are generally not accepted for:

• Damage or wear caused by normal use;
• Damage caused by improper use, washing, or storage;
• Customized products, personal-care items, or goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons;
• Sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos. Once verified, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

For returns unrelated to product defects, return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund. Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable.
