Shipping policy
baishengba.com ships to the countries and regions available at checkout. Certain remote locations may not be eligible for delivery. Final shipping availability is determined by the checkout page.
Our current shipping options are:
- Standard shipping: 7–15 business days;
- Express shipping: 7–15 business days;
- Free shipping on orders of USD $59.99 or more;
- USD $8.99 shipping fee for orders below USD $59.99.
Delivery estimates begin after the order has been dispatched and do not include processing time, weekends, or public holidays. Order processing normally takes 1–5 business days.
Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be sent by email when available. Please note that tracking updates may be delayed.
Customs inspections, severe weather, public holidays, carrier delays, events beyond our reasonable control, or incorrect addresses may affect delivery times. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are generally the recipient’s responsibility.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, non-collection, or failed delivery, the customer may be responsible for additional reshipping costs.
